Abstract
In this paper, we proposed object detection and tracking which is robust to noise and infrared image However, when shooting with an infrared camera, noise often occurs overtime, and a heat source disappears from the image depending on the heat source. These phenomena cause many difficulties in detecting or tracking objects. In this paper, we propose a method to detect and track objects in real time even in a large amount of noise in the same magnitude and brightness to the object to be tracked.
