영상 스테가노그래피에서 영상 복잡도와 DCT 계수 분포의 상관성 연구

Abstract

This paper presents a review of the correlation between image local variance and image steganography in frequency domain. During JPEG compression, the distribution of quantized DCT coefficients is changed by image steganography methods and it is a main clue to discriminate stegano-encoding from an image. This paper studies some tendencies in the DCT coefficients and complexity of image when it is encoded by steganography methods. The high correlation between this two features is a good evidence to discriminate whether some information is embedded in a natural image by steganography methods. The result in the paper is suitable for discrimination of steganography encoding and data extraction.
