- Abstract
- 기존 기업가정신 연구는 주로 영리 기업을 맥락으로 한 사업기회 개발과정을 살펴보았으며 사회적 기업 맥락에서의 사업기회 개발과정에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적기업가들을 대상으로 한 귀납적 사례 연구를 통해 영리 기업과 구별되는 사회적 기업의 특징이 고려된 사업기회 개발과정의 개념적틀을 도출하고자 하였으며, 특히 개인 및 환경 요인이 사업기회 개발과정에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존 기업가정신 및 사회적 기업가정신 연구에 이론적으로 기여하며, 나아가사회적기업가는 물론 사회적기업가 육성을 위한 교육과정을 담당하는 실무자들이 사업기회 개발과 관련하여 참고할만한 지침도 제공한다.
