Abstract
In this paper, we solve the following quadratic alpha-functional equation N (2f (x) + 2f (y) - f (x + y) - alpha(-2) f(alpha(x - y)), t) >= t/(t + phi(x, y) (0.1) in fuzzy normed spaces, where rho is a fixed real number with alpha(-1) not equal +/-root 3 Using the fixed point method, we prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of the quadratic alpha-functional equation (0.1) in fuzzy Banach spaces.
