긍정심리자본에 대한 개념분석

Abstract

본 연구는 긍정심리자본에 대한 개념을 명료화하기 위해 Walker와 Avant의 방법을 통해 개념분석을 진행하였다. 검색 데이터베이스는 CINAHL, ProQuest, Web of science, NDSL, RISS를 이용하여 2004년부터 2016년까지 주제어를 긍정심리자본과 `PsyCap'으로 하여 검색을 하였다. 최종적으로 61편의 논문과 3권의 책을 선정하였다.긍정심리자본의 속성은 개발이 가능한 잠재력이며 긍정적 인지를 통해 감정으로 표현이 되는 복합적인 심리 역량으로, 긍정적인 영향을 주는 자원으로 확인이 되었다. 이러한 긍정심리자본은 임상실무에서 미래의 간호조직을 발전시키고, 우수한 간호 인력을 보유할 수 있는 핵심전략이 될 것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 긍정심리자본의 개념에 대한 인식이 확대되고 연구가 촉진되어, 간호사의 긍정심리자본에 대한 도구개발과 중재 프로그램을 개발하고 검증하는 중재연구를 제언한다.

Purpose: This study was done to clarify the concept analysis of positive psychological capital.

Method: Walker and Avant's concept analysis process was used in this study. CINAHL, ProQuest, Web of science, NDSL, RISS databases from 2004 to 2016 were searched using the keywords `Positive psychological capital' and `PsyCap'. Sixty-one relevant articles and three book were finally selected.

Results: Analysis of identified literature indicated that positive psychological capital attributes were developable potential, positive cognition, expression of emotion, multiple psychological capability, and resources with positive effect. The antecedents were goal achievement, training, leader's motivation, and supportive organizational environment. The consequences were overall wellbeing which is composed of individual's physical, psychological and social wellbeing and enhancement of work outcome.

Conclusion: The findings in this study provide a definition of the concept of positive psychological capital and theoretical evidence for the future research for nurses including program development.
