- Abstract
- 이 연구는 신촌, 이태원, 가로수길, 홍대 지역을 대상으로 상업가로 활성화에 관한 방문객 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 선행연구 및 예비설문조사를 통해 도출된 변수들은 요인분석을 통해 가로다양성, 가로선호도, 가로 내 상점변화, 쾌적한 가로환경, 접근성, 상점경쟁력, 개성 있는 가로의 7가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 가로활성화에 대한 방문객의 인식을 알아보기 위해 요인회귀분석을 실시하여 전반적인 가로활성화 지표와 개별 지역의 가로활성화 지표는 유사하지만 지역별로 일정한 특수성이 존재함을 확인하였다. 이태원과 가로수길은 일반적 인식과 동일하게 가로다양성과 가로선호도가 중요시된 반면, 신촌에서는 개별 점포의 경쟁력이, 그리고 홍대에서는 가로다양성만이 중요시됨을 확인하였다.
