Abstract
본 연구는 여성 특화 진로교육프로그램 개발을 위한 구성요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 여성 진로교육 전문가 20명을 전문가 패널로 구성하였으며 총 3회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 프로그램이 추구해야할 여성상, 교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법 등을 도출하였다. 그 결과 6개의 여성상, 7개의 교육목표, 5개의 교육방법 그리고 ‘자기이해’, ‘여성 경력개발 위한 젠더의식 강화’, ‘직업세계의 이해 및 정보수집’, ‘진로선택 및 의사결정’, ‘진로계획 설계 및 진로행동 실행’, ‘여성 임파워먼트’, ‘조직생활 적응력 증진’으로 구성된 7개의 상위 내용범주가 도출되었다. 범주별 하위 내용요소로는 ‘여성 생애주기 및 진로발달 이해’, ‘전 생애적 관점의 경력설계’, ‘여성 진로장벽 종류 이해’, ‘여성 진로장벽 극복방법 탐색’, ‘긍정적 자기개념 위한 젠더의식 정립’, ‘합리적 진로의사결정 능력 배양’을 포함한 27개 문항이 도출되었다. 한편, 델파이 설문결과로 도출된 가설적 요인구조의 구성 타당도를 확인하기 위하여 274명의 여대생 및 졸업생들을 대상으로 요인분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 여성 특화 진로교육 프로그램이 추구해야할 교육 목표와 함께, 여성상, 내용요소, 교육방법 등 프로그램 구성요소를 도출하고 타당도를 검증했다는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to draw career education program constructs for the female college graduates based on Delphi method. Delphi method survey was conducted with 20 professional panels from female career education programs. As a result, this study drew out several constructs including six ideals of women, seven educational objectives, and five educational methods. Seven categories of the contents factor were deducted for female college students career education program, which are ‘Self Understanding’, ‘Gender Awareness for Female Career Development Strategy’, ‘Understanding of Job Market and Collecting Information’, ‘Making Career Choice’, ‘Career Plan Design and Action’, ‘Female Empowerment’, and ‘Improving Organizational Adaptation’. 27 sub elements of the categories were also drawn including such as ‘Understanding Female Life Cycle’, ‘Career Design from the Whole Life Perspective’, ‘Understanding of Female Career Barriers’, ‘Exploring the Ways to Overcome the Female Career Barriers’, ‘Establishing Gender Awareness for Positive Self Identity’ and ‘Reasonable Decision Making Abilities’, etc In addition factor analysis was carried out with 274 female college students to validate the education contents factors from the research. The findings of the study provides practical constructs and objectives for female college student career education programs.
