공동주택 부대복리시설의 배치유형 및 공간특성에 관한 연구 - 별내신도시 아파트를 중심으로 -

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current installation and characteristics of arrangement through preceding researches and see the differences between apartment community facilities focused on new cities recently. Next, we are going to explore the situation of current trends. We expect the results of this research would give rational facility plan as baseline data along with changing progress of community facilities which support lives of residents in apartment house users to use it right. The target areas are chosen based on apartments which are built after 2010 in capital area, 5 cases are selected for the study. The method of this study is as follows. Create the outline of analyzing through studying existing researches of community facilities. Then put together and analyze the results and suggest differentiated strategies improvements for the future. As a result, new cities built recently seem to have much difference. However, few changes are seen compared to existing community facilities.
