Abstract
Most of human vibration models consist of some rigid bodies and spring-dampers. These vibration models are developed for specific conditions. So, the vibration models cannot be applied for various posture and conditions. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to develop a human vibration model that can be used in various conditions. To do this, we developed vibration model that is similar to the human musculoskeletal system. Muscle models are employed instead of spring-dampers. Activations of muscles are determined by PD controller to maintain body posture under vertical vibration is applied from chair. Gain values of the PD controller are obtained to minimize difference of apparent mass and acceleration transmissibility between experiment and analysis by using an optimization method. Stiffness of intervertebral discs and viscera are modeled as spring-dampers.
