여성스포츠인의 경력개발에 대한 인식 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 여성스포츠인의 경력개발에 대한 문제인식과 필요성인식을 조사하고 경력개발에 대한 필요성인식이 문제인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 아마추어 여성스포츠선수 425명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 나이가 많고 학력이 높을수록 경력개발에 대한 문제의식이 높았으며 전문대졸의 경우 구조적 문제인식이 가장 높게 나타났으며 소득이 높은 집단의 구조적 문제인식이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 경력개발을 위한 필요성 인식에서는 나이가 많고 학력이 높을수록 정책, 교육, 지원 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났으며 특히, 전문대졸의 경우 경력개발 교육의 필요성을 가장 많이 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종목에서는 골프의 경우 다른 종목에 비해서 상대적으로 필요성인식이 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 특성, 경력개발에 대한 필요성인식이 경력개발에 대한 문제인식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 교육 필요성인식이 높을수록 경력개발을 위해서는 개인적 노력이 필요하다고 인식하는 동시에 경력개발에 대한 사회구조적 문제인식도 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study is research on recognition of barrier and necessity for career development of women sports athletes and recognition of necessity influence to recognition of necessity. To have these objects, questionnaire survey to the 425 women sports athletes and the following results were obtained. First, 「high age and academic career」 were recognition of necessity for career development was high and 「college diploma」,「high income」had high recognition of structural barrier. Second, as age, school grade high as recognition of necessity for political, educational, supportive were high. especially, 「college diploma」was most high recognized recognition of educational necessary. 「golf」had lower recognition of necessity than other sport athletes. third, as result for analysis of general character, recognition of necessity for career development influence to recognition of barrier, as higher recognition of necessity as recognized need to personal effort for their career development and had high recognition of socio-structural barrier.
