- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 LED에 전류 또는 전압을 공급하고, 이에 따라 나타나는 전기적 특성을 분석하는 시스템에서 기존의 (+),(-) 전류 또는 전압을 공급하는 방식과 (+),(-) 전류 또는 전압을 측정 방식에서, 회로의 오차를 감소시키고, 하드웨어의 복잡도를개선시킬 수 있으며, 시스템의 보정을 절반으로 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 (+) 단일 전원을 이용하여 전류 또는 전압을 공급하고, 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.
