- Abstract
- 길랑-바레증후군(Guillain-Barré syndrome)은 면역매개다발신 경병증(immune-mediated polyneuropathy)으로, 급성으로 진행하는 사지의 대칭 이완 마비의 가장 흔한 원인이다. 신경전도검 사에서 F파는 말초신경의 근위부병변 진단에 유용하게 사용되며, 길랑-바레증후군 초기에는 F파 잠복기 지연이 유일한 전기 생리학적 단서가 될 수 있다. 1 저자들은 상기도감염 이후 급성진행 근력저하를 주소로 내원하여 심부건반사의 감소를 보이고 신경전도검사에서 F파가 기록되지 않은 것을 근거로 길랑-바레증후군으로 오인되었던 갑상선기능저하증(hypothyroidism) 증례를 보고하고자 한다
