- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 역세권 중심의 합리적·효율적 토지이용을 위한 보행역세권의 범위 설정을 위한 목적으로 지하철역 주변 출근자를 대상으로 한설문을 바탕으로 지하철 이용확률을 결정짓는 영향요인을 분석하였다. 기본적인 구조는 지하철역 접근성이 연속적인 영향력을 가정하는 기존 연구들과달리 일정 거리를 넘어서면 한계적 선택확률이 급격히 감소하는 물리적 권역이 존재하는지를 분석하였고, 이를 보행역세권으로 설정하고자 하였다. 또한 역세권 설정을 위한 거리측정 방법 및 기준에따라서 역세권의 범위가 어떻게 달라지는지도 분석하였다.
The purpose of this paper is to set the scope of a railway station sphere according tostructural changes in probability models using subways. This study conducted a surveytargeting residents near Gongdeok Station wherein various housing types exist and peoplecommute by subway including Gongdeok Station and the neighboring stations by accessingthem on foot or by their own cars. It analyzed the influence factors to select means oftransportation through the Binary Logit Model based on the data. It also arranged theanalysis by using a different method from the standards which measure the distance fromhuman settlements to subway stations based on the model. The scope of a subway stationsphere was analyzed by using the Network distance from human settlements to the subwayentrance, the air distance from human settlements to the central point of a subway station,and the air distance from human settlements to the subway entrance. These results will behelpful for comparing the scope of a railway station sphere according to the standards anddifferences in methods and can be utilized as important reference data even in developmentof the railway station sphere based on pedestrians.
