- Abstract
- 석회석 강구 미분기의 강구투입량은 운전전류에 비례한다. 이에 설계시와는 달리 석회석 분쇄량 감소에 따른 강구투입량을 감소시켜본 결과 운전전류 72A에서 60A까지 감소시켜도 미분기 분쇄성능 저하가 없었다. 또한 강구투입량 감소에 의한 강구의 마모율 감소로 강구 재보충시간이 최대 7시간 연장되었다. 그리고 원심분리기 압력을 상승시켜본 결과 미분도 기준치에 미달되는 입자의 분리효율이 상승하여 기준치를 준수할 수 있었다.
