- Abstract
- Campylobacter jejuni는 주로 세균성 장염을 일으키고 균증을 포함한 장외감염은 드물게 일으킨다고 알려져 있다. 발열 과 두통을 주소로 내원한 20세 남자환자와 설사와 복통을 호소하는 23세 남자환자의 액에서 C. jejuni가 분리되었다. 이 세균은 무산소성 액배양에서 증식되었고 집락 도말염색에서 구부러진 그람음성 막균으로 찰되었으며, MALDI-TOF MS시험에서 C. jejuni로 동정되었다. 이에 자들은 평소 건강하던 은 환자에서 발생한 C. jejuni균증 2를 보고하는 바이다.
