- Abstract
- This study constitutes the foundation and preparation steps for communication training programmes for the members of medical institutions. It aims for providing of the procedures and methods for reconstructing norms for the effective communication and the hereby derived norms in the organizations. For this purpose, chapter 2 introduces methods and procedures for the derivation of communicative norms. In chapter 3, which encompasses the final result of the research, we discuss commnunicative norms with instances that the members of the organizations have to keep in mind when communicating.
