지식창조 과정으로서의 대안적 요구분석 모형 개발에 관한 연구 -Nonaka의 지식창조 루틴을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 학습자의 학습요구를 유형화하고, 각 유형에 따른 요구분석의 속성을 규명하여 지식 창조를 위한 대안적 요구분석의 필요성을 규명함에 있다. 또한 지식창조 요구를 가진 창의적 인재, 융합형 인재를 양성할 수 있는 ‘과제’중심 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 대안적 요구분석 모형을 개발함에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 학습자의 학습요구를 유형화하여 지식 습득 요구와 지식 창조 요구로 구분하고, 각각에 대한 요구분석의 특징을 비교하여 지식 창조 요구에 대한 요구분석 방법이 기존의 요구분석과는 다르게 이루어 져야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다. 또한 지식창조 과정으로서 대안적 요구분석 모형을 제시함으로써 학습자의 삶, 업무와 밀접하게 연관된 학습자의 지식창조 요구를 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change in the needs analysis according to learners’ needs and to develop an alternative needs analysis model as a knowledge-creating process. The alternative needs assessment model proposed by the study is believed to be significant in that it has established a foundation to search for a new way to discover the needs of the learners when the problem-based learning, task-based education programs are designed. In addition, by offering the different roles of each of the six communication components for the alternative needs assessment, the study is considered significant in that it could be used as a practical guidance in the more detailed, field-oriented needs analysis
