- Abstract
- experience, social capital and subjective quality of life. In the empirical results of thisstudy, social tourism was turned out to have a significant impact to subjectivequality of life. Also, It was identified the mediation effect of social capital betweensocial tourism and subjective quality of life. Structural social capital in the socialcapital showed a partial mediation effect between social tourism and subjectivequality of life, but cognitive social capital didn’t show the mediation effect. As aPractical implications, it is important to develop program which will create socialcapital of participant. This implies that the participation itself does not lead tochange of value of tourism participants, and so the programs of social tourism needsto be changed as well. This study investigated the relationship among social tourism,social capital and subjective quality of life. Henceforth, by continuing research for therelationship between social capital and subjective quality of life in social tourism, thetheoretical uniqueness needs to be established.
