IPA분석을 통한 스포츠경기장 개선방안

Abstract

본 연구는 IPA분석을 통해 스포츠경기장(야구장, 축구장, 농구장, 배구장)의 개선 및 시사점을 제공하고자 프로야구, 프로축구, 프로농구, 프로배구 관중 1569명의 설문조사 자료를 분석하였다. 그에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 야구장은 접근성과 편리성, 그리고 경기장 응원분위기를 지속적으로 유지시켜야하며 부대시설의 청결, 이용편리성, 안전관리 등의 개선을 집중적으로 관리해야할 것이다. 둘째, 축구장은 부대시설의 청결상태와 이용편리성, 그리고 경기장 응원분위기를 지속적으로 유지시켜야하며 안전관리의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 농구장은 교통편의, 이용서비스, 부대시설 청결상태와 경기장 응원분위기를 지속적으로 유지시켜야하며 안전관리와 좌석공간과 이동통로의 개선이 필요하다. 넷째, 배구장은 흡연공간과 비흡연공간의 분리, 부대시설의 청결상태, 이용편리와 경기장 응원분위기를 지속적으로 유지시켜야하며 안전관리, 쓰레기 처리 용이성의 개선이 필요하다. 또한, 배구장을 제외한 스포츠경기장에서 모두 흡연과 비흡연공간의 분리를 시급해 개선해야한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze a total of 1569 distributed surveys to spectators of baseball, soccer, basketball and volleyball in order to offer improvement and implication of sport stadium though IPA analysis. The result of the study is following. Frist, baseball stadium continuously maintained of accessibility, convenience and cheer atmosphere and intensively managed to improvement in clean of subsidiary facilities, use convenience and safety supervision. Second, soccer stadium continuously maintained in clean of subsidiary facilities, use convenience and cheer atmosphere and needed to improvement of safety supervision. third, basketball stadium continuously maintained of traffic facilities, service using, clean of subsidiary facilities and cheer atmosphere and needed to improvem. fourth, volleyball stadium continuously maintained of separation of smoking and non-smoking space, clean of subsidiary facilities, use convenience and cheer atmosphere and needed to improvement of safety supervision and waste disposal easing. also all stadium except volleyball stadium needed to improve separation of smoking and non-smoking space.
