- Abstract
- The fabrication of Nd13Dy2Fe79B6 (at.%) sintered magnets through a cyclic sintering process was demonstrated. The coercivity and temperature coefficient of the cyclic sintered specimens were 2252.8 kA/m and -0.47018%degrees C, respectively. It is believed that the Nd-rich phases have effectively penetrated into the boundary between the Nd2Fe14B grains under the cyclic sintering process. Consequently, the microstructures and shape of the Nd-rich phase were controlled by the cyclic sintering process, resulting in high coercivity and temperature stability.
