- Abstract
- An ultra-wide impedance bandwidth antenna is presented in this paper. To enhance an impedance bandwidth of antenna, a novel dual-resonance feed structure composed of two branch capacitors and inductors is combined with a conventional planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA). The antenna possesses a very wide impedance bandwidth which fully covers the band of various wireless communication services. The impedance bandwidth of proposed antenna is from 675 to 988 MHz in the lower band and from 1710 to 2695 MHz in the higher frequency band with good efficiency, respectively
