- Abstract
- The study analyzed static efficiency of domestic construction firms in Gwangju, based on the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model for the periods before and after the global financial crisis. Based on the analysis results, construction firms that couldbe benchmarking cases for other companies were identified. The input variables included the capital amount and a number of employees, and the output variables included revenue, net income and operation income. Seven construction firms scored 1 for BCC efficiency among them, four scored 1 for CCR efficiency as well. In terms of return to scale, 22 firms showed IRS, 6 firmsshowed DRS, and 4 firms showed CRS.
