Abstract
This study is a basic research for analyzing impacts and effects of DTI(Debt To Income) deregulation that announced by thegovernment August 17, 2012. The Government deregulated DTI for activation of housing transactions considering severity ofthe slowdown in housing market and housing transactions. But the market’s initial reaction was apathetic and some expertsraised questions about the effectiveness. Therefore, in this study, causal relationship between relevant variables were analyzedusing granger causality test to provide basic data for predicting the effectiveness and impact of DTI deregulation. Causalrelationship between variables were identified based on test results and this will be used as reference for further researches.
