무용지도자의 리더십 유형이 지도자 신뢰 및 무용활동몰입에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study is defines the impact of two types of leadership by dance majors, servant and charismatic, on trust and commitment to dance. For accomplishing this purpose, a questionnaire answered by 133 professional dancers, Korean dance majors in the Seoul area and professional dancers in Korean dance troupes in the Seoul/Gyeonggi region Viewed comprehensively, it is not a matter of whether servant leadership or charismatic leadership is predominant or preferable, but rather that the two may be properly combined and applied for maximum effect. Studies are needed on methods for harmonizing the two types of leadership to produce a new leadership for leading dance, in which confidence and commitment can be maximized for the optimal effectiveness.
