- Abstract
- The number of safety accidents of the construction industry is higher than other industries. To prevent the accidents from hazard factor, the employees are variously trained in avoiding an accident. Also many studies have been conducted to reduced the safety accident. But most of these studies are limited to institutional complements. This study proposes safety management improvement plan of safety management through case studies.
