- Abstract
- Land value is an important indication of the city's structural development trend and by looking at the change of it for a fixed period will help anticipating the internal structure of the city. Through simple regression analysis, the validity of the general hypothesis that shifts in land value of specific locations have a strong relationship with a variation of population is to be tested.
