해외 플랜트사업의 리스크 관리에 관한 기초연구

Abstract

For the successful performance in business, the method should consider to reduce an uncertainty. In construction business, risk management should find and prevent risk factors before it occurs. Also systematic risk management procedures and methods should be taken to prevent time-delay, argument, and the cost rise through active management method. This research is the basic reserch which distinguish and classifies risks to produce the risk management system to maneuver the possible risks in overseas plant businesses.
