- Abstract
- 신체 활동량이 많은 소아에서 경추부 손상은 눈에 띄는 외상이 없고, 증상이 뚜렷하지 않은 경우 진단이 어려울 수 있다. 저자들은 양측 팔저림과 경부 틱 유사증상을 주소로 내원한 8세 여아의 경추부 자기공명촬영검사에서 경추 추간판 탈출증을 발견하였고, 추간판 탈출증의 증상으로 틱 유사증상이 나타날 수 있는 것을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.
