- Abstract
- 본 연구는 정부 출연(연)에 종사하는 연구원 및 연구 관리자의 경력지향성에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로 연구원 및 연구 관리자들의 인구 통계적 특성변수와 HRD 변수에 따른 경력지향성의 차이를 고려하였다. 또한, 경력지향성 차이에 따른 개인의 태도와 연구 성과 변수의 인식에 대해서도 검토 하였다. 574명의 출연(연) 연구원 및 연구관리자에 대한 분석 결과, 정부 출연(연)의 연구원 및 연구관리자들은 다양한 경력경로에 대한 선호를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 연구전문가에 대한 선호가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 연구원 및 연구관리자들의 경력지향성은 소속, 직종, 학력, 직무이동 경험 등에 따라서 달라질 수 있고, 경력지향성에 따라 조직몰입 정도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과에 따른 시사점을 제시하고, 연구의 한계점에 대하여 논의하였다.
