- Abstract
- In this study, we investigated defective egocentric reference frame in hemispatial neglect patients. Compared to previous study which was performed in restricted situation, we considered role of head movements in the egocentric reference frame. Hemispatial neglect patients showed different pattern of the egocentric reference frame depend upon the visual target position. They reported unimpaired egocentric reference frame in the left visual target, and rightward shifted egocentric reference frame was gradually increased as the visual target was appeared on the right side. ? 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
