도심형 실버타운 공용 공간의 스마트화 디자인에 관한 연구 - 액티브 시니어의 라이프스타일 중심으로 -

Abstract

인구 고령화 경향이 뚜렷해지면서 경제력을 바탕으로 한 적극적이고 독립적인 성향의 '액티브 시니어'가 미래 실버산업의 중심으로 부각되고 있다. 이들은 기존의 노년층과 다른 Active Life Style을 추구하여 첨단화된 서비스의 제공도 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트 기술을 기반으로 한 노인공간의 스마트화를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 액티브 시니어의 라이프 스타일에 따른 NEEDS를 바탕으로 서비스 유형을 도출하고 서비스 유형에 따라 도심형 실버타운의 공간 구성 사례를 분석해 공간에 따라 스마트 기술을 접목하여 디자인을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 도출한 ‘액티브 시니어’의 도심형 라이프 스타일 유형은 4가지로 분석되었다. 먼저 생활 편의 서비스 공간의 라이프 케어실에는 감성 조명과 CCTV 등을, 식당에는 스마트 식당 시스템과 Media table을 적용하였다. 스파에는 스마트 욕조 시스템 컨트롤러와 온도조절센서 등을, 마트에는 Digital food information을 적용하였다. 다음으로 의료 재활 서비스 공간의 클리닉 센터에는 건강 모니터링 시스템과 U-메디컬 미러 등을, 너스 스테이션에는 비상경보장치와 월패드 게이트웨이를 적용하였다. 재활치료실에는 재활 치료 가이드 프로그램과 Smart Card 인식장비를 적용하였다. 운동 건강 서비스 공간인 체력단련실에는 스마트 런닝 머신 시스템과 바이오 셔츠 및 패치 등을 제공하였다. 문화·여가생활 및 커뮤니티 서비스 중시 유형의 전자도서관에는 디지털 서고 시스템과 스마트 북 등을, 전시실에는 미디어 보드와 촉각장갑을 제공하였다. 이는 고령화 사회에 진입을 앞두고 있는 우리 사회가 경제적이고 효율적인 복지체계를 구축하기 위한 모델디자인을 제공하는데 기여할 것이다.

As aging population tendency becomes certain, ‘Active Senior' who has positive and independent mind based on economic power has emerged the center of the silver industry in the future. This new concept of generation seek another 'Active Life style' concept, which is different from existing older people, so they seek the provision of high-qualified service. The purpose of this study is 'Becoming smart of senior space' based on smart technology. To perform this study, service types are derived based on NEEDS according to Acitve senior's lifestyle, and depending on the type of service, I presented design as incorporating smart technology by analyzing urban area silver town's space component cases following to the type of service. Urban life style type of 'Active Senior' which were derived from this process, has analyzed 4 cases. Life convenience service space's life care room has emotion lighting and CCTV and the restaurant appled smart restaurant system and media table for this purpose. Smart bath tub system controller and temperature control system and so on are applied to the spa, at supermarket, there is a digital food information system. Next, clinic center of medical rehabilitation services spaces applied health monitoring system, U-medical mirror, nurse station, emergency alarm and wall-pad gateway. At rehabilitation clinic applied rehabilitation clinic guide program and smart card identification equipment. Exercise Health Service spaces provide smart treadmill exercise system and Bio-shirts and patches. Cultural and leisure activities and community service oriented type of electronic libraries helps to use the digital library system, and smart book. Using media board and touchable glove at exhibition space. This system will contribute to present model design in order to build economic and efficient welfare system in our society, entering into an aging society.
