Abstract
본 연구는 한국의 세계문화유산 고인돌 유적지 관광 상품화 가능성을 분석하였다. 연구 목적 수행을 위해 선행연구를 통한 관광 상품화 분석틀을 제안하였고, 한국 세계문화유산 중 인지도 및 만족도가 낮은 고창, 화순, 강화 고인돌 유적지를 대상으로 관찰조사를 수행하였다. 조사결과, 매력성은 고창고인돌이 가장 높았으며, 인프라 및 수용태세는 강화, 고창, 화순 순으로 분석되었다. 주변 연계성 측면에서 강화고인돌은 주변관광지 및 시설과의 연계성, 대중성이 높게 평가되었다. 지속가능성 관점에서는 고창 고인돌이 가장 높게 평가되었다. 고인돌 유적의 전반적인 관광 상품화 가능성은 고창 고인돌이 가장 높게 평가되었으며, 다음으로 수도권에 위치하여 상품화 가능성은 높지만, 고인돌까지 접근성이 떨어지는 강화 고인돌, 접근성과 관광인프라가 미흡한 화순 고인돌 순으로 분석되었다.
This study analyzed the potential of tourism commercialization of dolmen relics, the world cultural heritage of Korea. To achieve the purpose of the study, framework for the analysis of tourism commercialization was proposed through preliminary study, and observation survey was conducted on the dolmen relics of Gochang, Hwasun and Ganghwa which have not been recognized much and the level of satisfaction was low among the world cultural heritages of Korea. As a result of the survey, Gochang was ranked the highest as for attraction and regarding infrastruct wa and reception attitude, the evaluation was rated in the sequential order of Ganghwa, Gochang and Hwasun. Aspects of regional connectivity, Ganghwa dolmen was highly evaluated on the association with nearby tourist sites, facilities and popularity, etc. In the standphest of sustainability, Gochang dolmen was ranked the highest. In the potential of dolmen relic tourism commercialization, Gochang dolmen was ranked the highest, followed by Ganghwa dolmen which was low in accessibility even though it had high potential of commercialization by being located in capital region, and then Hwasun dolmen which had low accessibility and tourism infrastructure.
