- Abstract
- Recently contractors and owners are aware of the potential use of BIM; therefore expectation and demand have been increased drastically. Furthermore with the development of digital technology, BIM tools have been improved and getting more capable of fulfilling the concept of BIM. In order to use BIM effectively in the construction industry, building information must be built from the beginning. This study proposes as to an appropriate strategy for implementing BIM adoption with BIM-based Template for use in Korean small and medium sized architectural design firms
