- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학생 210명을 대상으로 조절초점과 인지적 기대가 진로탐색행동에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정하여 연구한 결과 첫째, 향상초점은 인지적 기대와 진로탐색행동에 정적 상관을 나타냈지만 예방초점은 진로탐색의 하위요인인 직업탐색에는 유의한 관련이 없음을 발견하였다. 둘째, 인지적 기대의 하위요인 모두 진로탐색행동과 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈지만, 회귀분석에서는 고용가능성에 대한 기대와 직업탐색의 유용성에 대한 기대만이 진로탐색행동을 유의미하게 예언하였다. 본 연구는 진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 조절초점의 특성 및 인지적 기대의 영향력을 파악하여 대학생의 진로탐색행동을 증진시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색할 수 있다는 데에 의의가 있다.
