- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to analyze The relationships among the Professor Support, Self-Management, Dance Passion and Career Maturity of College Students in the Dance Major. The subject was a population of 250 students specializing in dance at four-year universities around the nation the period of time November 8, 2021 to December 11, 2021. The data on 213 students were used for actual analyses and data were processed with SPSS 18.0 for Window and Amos 18.0 for correlation analysis, reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, Professor Support had positive effects on Self-Managemen. Second, Self-Management had positive effects on Dance Passion. Third, Professor Support had positive effects on Dance Passion.
