- Abstract
- In modern wireless devices, a compact size antenna is required due to the limited space available for an antenna. Since the experimental verification of metamaterial [1], much studies have been performed on small antenna using metamaterial. Recently, composite right/left-handed (CRLH) resonant antennas have become of particular interest. In this paper, a CRLH resonant antenna using interdigital capacitor (IDC) and complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR) is proposed, and the transmission line (TL) approach is adopted for the analysis.
