- Abstract
- 경피내시경하위루술 후 위루관이동에 의해 발생한 역행성공장-십이지장장중첩증이 다중검출기전산화단층촬영술에서 발견되었다. 그동안 수술로 치료된 여러 개의 증례보고가 있었지만, 보존적 방법으로 치료된 증례는 단 1예가 보고되었다. 우리는 심각한 합병증 없이 보존적 방법으로 완치된 1예를 보고하고자 한다.
