- Abstract
- Coronary artery fistulas to cardiac chamber are an uncommon condition. In most cases, coronary arteries empty into the right chambers and left coronary artery-left ventricular fistula is a very rare condition. We report a case of a left anterior descending coronary artery-left ventricular fistula in a 67-year-old man, which was diagnosed by a 64-multi-detector row coronary CT angiography.
심강과 연결된 관상동맥루는 흔하지 않으며, 대부분은 우심강과 연결되어 좌측 관상동맥-좌심실간 관상동맥루는 매우 드문 경우이다. 저자들은 67세 남자에서 64-다절편 전산화단층촬영 혈관조영술로 진단되었던 좌전하행 관상동맥-좌심실간 관상동맥루를 경험하였기에 이의 영상의학적 소견을 보고하고자 한다.
