- Abstract
- This study explores business value dynamics and corporate Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) using data envelopment analysis to measure business operational value performance. A data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is applied for providing the management with strategic insights for better value dynamics for operational excellence. DEA model uses four input and four output value codes to assess the business efficiency evaluation of companies. The model takes multiple inputs and outputs value codes and performs an appropriate analysis to assess the relative value dynamics of the companies. The study shows efficient and inefficient groups are significantly different in stock price variations in given time periods. This study will provide the management with more valuable insights to make better operations and investment decision-making in a turbulence business environment.
