- Abstract
- This article aims to review legal issues connected with suspension business of managerial reasons Labor Standards Act, and to analyze legal issues about new employment under suspension business for protection of worker. It is mainly composed of three parts in a view of Contents.
The first part(ChapterⅢ) is to confirm suspension business of managerial reasons gradually increasing in recent years. it is analysis about approval the Labor Relations Commission of Labor Standards Act Article 46Ⅱ. The second part(ChapterⅣ) is to treat the prohibition of an additional job in the general employment and the change of it under suspension business of managerial reasons for protection of worker in short-term. The third part(ChapterⅣ) is to treat the restraints on covenants not to compete and mitigations of it to protect the worker under suspension business of managerial reasons in long-term.
