- Abstract
- 심장점액종은 심장에 나타날 수 있는 가장 흔한 원발성 종양이다. 주된 증상으로 고열, 체중감소, 피로, 권태감, 관절통 등을 호소할 수 있어 감염성 심내막염의 증상과 비슷하지만 감염되는 경우는 극히 드물다. 본원에서는 76세 남자환자가 고열 및 일시적인 의식소실을 주소로 응급실로 내원하였으며 좌심방 점액종의 진단하에 저혈압성 쇼크에 빠져 응급으로 수술을 시행한 감염된 좌심방 점액종을 보고 하고자 한다.
