- Abstract
- Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were effectively cut with a facile and mild cutting method by using gamma-irradiation in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. The TEM, Raman and XRD results showed that the structural integrity of the cut MWCNTs was preserved with a little surface functionalization.
