- Abstract
- 탈출된 추간판의 경막외 후방이동은 매우 드문 현상으로 보고되고 있다. 특히 유합술후 인접 분절에서 탈출 추간판의 후방 이동으로 발생한 하반신 마비로 인해 재수술을 시행한 경우는 보고된 경우가 매우 희귀하여 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
