- Abstract
- 중소기업은 국가경제의 경쟁력과 대기업이 속한 공급사슬 전체의 경쟁력에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 중소기업의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해서는 제조업 분야에서 보다 많은 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 해외진출 한국 제조업 기업들을 대상으로 중소기업과 대기업 간의 생산방식의 차이를 비교하고, 아울러 진출국의 환경과 기업규모가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 해외에 진출한 한국의 중소기업과 대기업은 기업성과와 경쟁력에 차이를 보였으며 적용하는 생산방식에도 많은 차이가 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.
