한국청소년 신체활동 설문지 (KYPAQ)의 타당도

Abstract

청소년기의 신체활동도의 정확한 파악은 지표 및 정책 수립에 중요한 기초 자료를 제공한다. 신체활동 측정법 중 설문조사방법은 대다수를 대상으로 신체활동을 조사 시 효율적인 방법으로 알려져 있으나, 한국 청소년의 신체활동을 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증된 설문지는 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 청소년에게 적합한 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 신체활동 설문을 개발하기 위하여 수행되었다. 신체활동 일기와 전문가회의를 거쳐 개발된 한국청소년 신체활동 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 측정하기 위하여 108명의 중고등학교 학생들(평균연령 14.8±1.3)을 대상으로 설문응답과 가속도계 결과를 이용한 기준 타당도 조사를, 조사-재조사 방법을 통한 신뢰도 조사를 실시하였다. Spearman의 상관분석과 Kappa분석 결과 평균 기준타당도는 0.32였으며 신뢰도 역시 Rho 계수가 0.4이상으로 유의한 동의수준을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구조사는 한국 청소년신체활동 설문지 (KYPAQ)가 양호한 신뢰도와 타당도가 있음이 증명되었다.

Investigating the level of physical activity is required to provide fundamental information to establish the Health plan as well as Health policy in future. Physical activity questionnaire has been widely used to evaluate habitual activity for large adult population. However, physical activity questionnaire for Korean adolescent, which proves its validity and reliability has not been developed. Therefore, to develop a valid and reliable physical activity questionnaire for Korean youth, this study developed Korean Youth Physical Activity Questionnaire (KYPAQ) and examined its criterion validity and test-retest reliability. Actical (accelerometer) was applied for one week and KYPAQ was surveyed to 108 middle or high school students (age Mean±SD 14.8±1.3). Spearman's correlation and Kappa statistics were conducted to see the criterion validity and reliability, respectively. The average Spearman's rho for validity was 0.32 and 0.4 for reliability. Kappa statistics provide fair reliability, which indicated its overall fair validity and reliability. Therefore, the validity and reliability of KYPAQ were confirmed.
