- Abstract
- 목적 본 연구에서는 상담을 전공을 하는 대학원생의 계획된 우연기술이 고용가능성에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성이 계획된 우연기술과 고용가능성 간의 관계를 매개하는지 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 상담전공 대학원생 399명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 22일부터 10월 30일까지 9일간 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 R프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 주요 변인들의 상관을 살펴보면, 계획된 우연기술과 고용가능성, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로적응성 모두 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 계획된 우연기술과 고용가능성의 관계를 진로결정자기 효능감과 진로적응성이 순차 매개 하는것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로적응성은 계획된 우연기술과 고용가능성의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 우연한 사건을 긍정적으로 인식하고, 기회로 활용하여 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성을 순차적으로 높이고 고용가능성을향상시키는 상담전략이 진로발달 및 취업준비에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.
