Abstract
The epidemic of COVID-19 infectious diseases in 2020 caused various effects on urban space. As a result, the non contact culture began to spread, especially the commercial space of the city was most directly hit by social distancing and fear of face to face. However, to cope with this non contact spread, O2O delivery services have also rapidly emerged, and the rise of such non face to face platforms has had a great impact on industries that did not use delivery services in the past. This study attempted to confirm how the opening and closing business pattern of the F&B industry affected by the delivery culture changes before and after infectious diseases to confirm how the commercial space in the city will be formed in the future . The six industries, whose delivery tendency increased, gradually weakened accessibility variables in opening, and rather became stronger in closing. This change reminds us that the influencing factor of store accessibility, which was used as a major variable in explaining urban commercial districts, no longer works absolutely.
