- EMECS부문회 탄소중립 TF에서는 탄소중립을 위한 주요 기술로 전기자동차와 직류배전 기술을 선정하여 기술동향을 조사·분석하고 있다. 본 고에서는 해당 기술의 기술동향을 정리하고 부문회의 전문성에 기반한 정책 제언을 제시한다.
