- Abstract
- This study analyzes network virtualization slicing and proposes an efficient network slice setting scheme. Topology and address virtualization based on software-defined networking (SDN) has many advantages for cloud computing by providing control, monitoring, and flexible resource provisioning in virtual network environments. If the process of navigating nodes in the network virtualization service is not guaranteed, the network service quality will greatly degrade. To address this problem, we propose an improved navigation scheme to increase the efficiency of navigating nodes in a virtual network environment. Compared to the existing scheme, the proposed scheme reduces the search time for network slices and minimizes unnecessary overhead, according to the simulation results.
