지속가능발전목표 달성을 위한 공개음악학

Abstract

본 연구는 ‘교육’에 초점을 맞춘 ‘지속가능발전목표 4(SDG 4)’가 모든 지속가능발전목표의 성공적인 실현을 위해 중추적인 역할을 한다는 주장을 전제로 음악 교육을 통해 지속가능발전목표의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 탐구한다. 음악은 사회적 포용, 관용, 여성과 청소년의 역량 강화를 지원함으로써 스포츠와 마찬가지로 개발과 평화에 크게 기여한다. 이 연구는 지속가능발전목표 달성을 위한 도구로서 음악의 잠재력을 고려할 때 ‘공개교육자원(Open Educational Resources)’을 통해 음악의 영향력을 확대해야 한다고 주장한다. 공개교육자원을 효과적으로 개발 및 관리하는 데 필수적인 코딩 능력은 자원에 대한 접근성을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 문제 해결 능력을 배양하는 데 효과적인 수단이라는 점을 강조하며 코딩 교육을 권장한다.

This study contends that Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), which focuses on education, is pivotal for the successful realization of all SDGs, and explores the potential for enhancing SDG outcomes through music education. The research demonstrates that like sports, the arts, including music, contributes significantly to development and peace by supporting social inclusion, tolerance, and the empowerment of women and young people. Given music’s efficacy as a tool for achieving the SDGs, the study advocates expanding its reach via Open Educational Resources. The paper recommends teaching coding skills to a broader audience, as coding is not only a freely accessible but also an effective problem-solving tool.
